  Beautiful setting lovely get away to just chill

  The secludedness, the pools ,the dinning it’s not to far from the city the staff couldn’t do enough for you well Stay are in.::

  The worst staycation ever! For the first time in my life, I actually had to be put on a waiting list just to have breakf

  I actually had high expectations for this newly renovated hotel, especially since it only reopened a month ago and most of the reviews have been positive. However, it turns out that the hotel still needs significant improvements beyond just its physical appearance and aesthetics. The only good thing about this hotel is its newly opened kids’ club. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was very disappointing.

  1. Baru pertama kali seumur hidup nginep di hotel, BREAKFAST AJA WAITING LIST. Parah banget sih ini manajemennya. Ada tmpt breakfast di bawah lobby hotel gedung yg sama malah diarahin jauh2 ke gedung lain yang mesti naik buggy. Akhirnya daripada nunggu buggy lama, kita jalan aja (yang sebenernya dekat dan enak jalannya tapi ntah dari awal diarahin sm staff hotel tuh mesti naik buggy). Ehhh, tapi pas sampe, engga taunya mesti waiting list ke-5 🫵🫵 udah gitu makanannya udh pd habis dan mesen kopi aja sampe setengah jam. ngerusak mood banget asli, padahal baru pagi2 😭😭😭 2. We booked a Signature King Room, which cost us around 3m IDR per night. Tapi dengan harga segitu engga setimpal banget dengan service yg kamj dapatkan. Dari awal check-in, kamar udah berdebu, stain di beberapa furniture, dan lantai kotor. Belum lg beberapa furniture memang terlihat sdh old. Bener2 engga berasa worth the price bgt deh :(( in addition to that, the amenities are very basic. Sekelas hotel bintang lima, bisa banget kali ya nyediain amenities yang bukan botol kecil. And also the room’s lighting. mgkn konsepnya mau hemat listrik kali ya, tp jd remang2. Bukan yg bikin nyaman gitu. 3. The swimming pool lacks of seating area. Hotel ini menawarkan beberapa kegiatan untuk anak2, salah satunya foam party. Nah, seharusnya dibanyakin jg dong ya tempat duduknya. Ini jdnya berebut tmpt duduk dan bahkan jd sampe duduk di area taman karena ga dpt tmpt duduk. Beberapa tmpt duduk jg ga ada payung nya yang mana jdnya puanas banget pas di jam2 9-10 (pas lagi foam party).

  Zeer goede service en fantastisch eten. Maar ohm wel geluidshinder van renovatie.

  Het vriendelijke en zeer verzorgende personeel en het uitmuntende eten. Mooie entourage ook. En de zeer goede service van het personeel, Yola, om mee naar een oplossing te kijken voor de geluidshinder. De geluidshinder maakte de aantrekkelijke omgeving (ik had stilte en natuur verwacht) veel minder prettig dan verwacht bij boeking. Maar dit is boven verwachting goed opgelost door me een andere, veel luxere suite elders op het terrein, aan te bieden. Daarna heb ik volop kunnen genieten. Ik reis al 5 jaar door Indonesië maar nog nooit zo'n klasse ontbijtbuffet, van chefkok, meegemaakt. Zeer uitgebreid, vers en ontzettend goed bereid. O.a. door Joji. Goede service ook door roomcleaning. Roomservice ook prima. Kortom, ik kom hier, als de renovatie voltooid is, graag terug. Ik boek dan een kamer aan de tuinkant. Deze is rustiger dan aan de bergkant.
