    Excellent stay in nicely converted flat in an historic building; with great views.

    Well thought out development of an historic building, marvellous location. Met the cleaners as we were leaving & the lady in the Steel Brew reception. Very friendly & helped me pick up something left behind, great service. Throughout the stay James was brilliant, there was a boiler outage, unforeseeable. James dealt with it very well indeed & arranged an alternative flat in case it took longer to repair, not needed in the end. James could not have been more helpful, top customer care.

    Nothing obvious, there was a boiler outage to the whole block, no one’s fault and it was repaired. James kept us informed all the time on progress

    Heerlijk verblijf!

    Mooi, licht, modern en comfortabel appartement. Heeft alles wat je nodig hebt! We voelde ons meteen thuis en het was heerlijk om een volledig functionerende keuken te hebben en veel kast ruimte. De locatie kan niet beter! Als je in royal William yard wil verblijven is dit de plek.

    Het was heerlijk maar als ik dan toch een minpuntje moet benoemen dan is het dat er een koffie machine stond zonder koffie pods die erin paste. En die ook nergens te koop zijn. Ook deed de lift het niet dus moesten we 2 trappen omhoog met alle bagage.
