    It was grossly overpriced.

The place is old, shabby and run down

    tolerable

Location suited my visit to the Gold Coast for a conference at the nearby Royal Pines (which was fully booked hence my booking at Royal Woods).

The 'resort' is very tired, worn out and not at all inviting. My 1 bedroom apartment was worn out, the toilet was dirty, the apartment smelt musty, the carpet was in need of replacement. Overall, not value for money by any means.

    Would stay here again

    Pleasant furnishings

It took us awhile to figure out the temperature on the stove.

Disappointed… because I really wanted to relax before major back surgery

    Locality

Hi Felipe I just want to say thank you for waiting for us yesterday . We did appreciate it. But… the remote to the television is not working, so to operate it, we had to get up and down several times! Big deal? Not really just like the old times, except for me, I was being admitted to Pindara Private for back surgery….so not an easy feat.. Regards Liz Smith
