Der erhoffte erholsame Urlaub fand nicht statt
Das Ressort war weitläufig und gross. Die Pools und der garten war schön. Sehr schöner Strand und sauberes Wasser. Das Essen war gut.
Personal war ungebildet, aufdringlich, war auf Trinkgeld aus. Bei den Getränken bezog sich das all inclusive auf eine kleine Auswahl. Doch selbst bezahlte Getränke waren entweder nicht verfügbar oder schlecht gelagert und entsprechend ungeniessbar. Ein Beispiel: Jeden Tag fragten wir nach kalter Kokosnuss die 3 Dollar extra kosteten, jeden tag wurde uns gesagt sie hätten vergessen die Kokosnuss zu kühlen. Oft musste man sehr lange auf die Getränke (Wasser) warten. Wein von der Karte war nicht verfügbar oder ungeniessbar, da er in der Sonne gelagert wird. Nach mehrmaligen Ansprechen der Vorkomnisse würde Besserung versprochen . Aber am nächsten Tag trat das selber Problem wieder auf. Die Zimmer wurden oberflächlich gereinigt der Boden nicht feucht aufgenommen. Liegen am Strand müssen frühzeitig besetzt werden. Atmosphäre am Strand war laut nervös und aufdringlich. Da die Strände auf ganz Sansibar öffentlich sind, tummeln sich vor den Liegen am Strand andere Urlauber und einheimische. Man wird ständig angesprochen auch wenn man um Ruhe bittet.

Absolutely amazing stay!
We had a fantastic experience at Royal Zanzibar Beach Resort. The service was exceptional, and the staff were truly outstanding — friendly, professional, helpful, and always smiling. A special thank you to Salim from the reception and his entire team for their excellent service and for making us feel so welcome. The food was excellent, with a great variety of options for everyone. The rooms are huge, comfortable, and very clean, and the entire resort is beautifully maintained. The gardens are absolutely stunning, the swimming pools are huge, and the beach is simply breathtaking — one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. The spa is also very special and definitely worth visiting. Everything was perfect, and we would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Super lokalita, nádherná pláž, velkoryse koncipované bazény, dostatek lehátek, velice milý, vstřícný personál. Naprosto exkluzivní jídlo. Manažer Mohamed vždy vstřícný a komunikativní.

מלון מפנק במיוחד. אוכל בשפע רב. צוות המלון אדיב. תודה מיוחדת למוחמד וסלים מהקבלה וקורנל מהבר של הבריכה. הטיסה שלנו יצאה מאוחר והאריכו לנו את השהות ללא תשלום נוסף. החדרים גדולים, מרווחים ונקיים.
