    Overall, I am very disappointed with my stay. I honestly don't think this hotel offers good value.

    Actually, I just like the location of this hotel near with the Pavillion mall. That's all!

    The facilities and rooms are in very poor condition. This will definitely be my first and last time staying at this hotel. The lobby and function hall give a completely different impression compared to the guest rooms. The common areas may look presentable, but the room condition is much worse and extremely disappointing. My room was very dirty, and the carpet looked old, with several black stains. Some of the furniture was also broken and poorly maintained. The room had an unpleasant smell and an uncomfortable, creepy vibe. It was not a pleasant environment. As for the food, both breakfast and lunch were just average. The taste was nothing special, and I was not impressed with the food selection. As a Malaysian, I feel this hotel does not reflect a good image of Malaysia's hospitality.
