I am sorry to have written such a bad review, but I was really not comfortable.
I liked the very central location, that was the best point. I liked that there were shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. I loved all the mirrors and the wallpaper. The shower is nice.
I found the atmosphere in the apartment somehow cold, not cosy. Just too big, I was aware that I was sleeping in an ex-shop. I felt awkward about the bed being right in front of the entrance as you come in. The two parts of the 'kitchen' were very far apart feom each other, not at all practical. Had to walk about 6 or 7m if I wanted to wipe something on the right kitchen part and back 7m to rinse the cloth etc. I really disliked that. There were no instructions for the cooker (at home I cook with gas), so I couldn't cook at all. The fridge was not 100% clean, some white stuff on shelf in the door and one shelf. By the way, I bought salt and left it as there was none. Hardly any space in the wardrobe. The step between room and bathroom is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. I had not seen the warning on the door right away and had kept the door open in the first night. I almost fell. It needs something in another colour on the floor. I was uncomfortable in the bathroom, too small. Hardly any space to put anything. One of the dark green towels had traces of something white on it. The bathroom is just too small. The wash basin is tiny, very uncomfortable to use. And when I sat on the toilet the seat moved around and the lid came down onto my back. It also didn't flush very well. Had to flush several times and felt worried that it would not do its job. All in all, I was not comfortable in the apartment.

Great location . Lovely little quirky apartment .very clean and straight forward check in procedure
Only thing was the heating was centrally controlled and 1 night it was quite cold .. we messaged to ask if it could be put on but did not get a response

Very disappointed after reading such positive reviews. Would not recommend or return.
Location was great.
The accommodation was very tired and in need of repairs and a deep clean. There are uneven, broken floor tiles throughout the property. Crockery needed to be washed before use, the shower head is covered in mould and limescale and shower tray does not drain during showering forcing you to turn shower off before tray overflows. Bed linen appeared clean but not ironed. Sound proofing is very poor. We could hear the conversation of people upstairs. No live TV channels. Several areas throughout property are dirty and needs a deep clean. Loose and rusty fittings. Step into bathroom is an unfinished tiled edge. Property is not Luxury as described in its current state.

Excellent location
Fabulous location. Quirky. Clean. Comfy. Spacious for 2 people.
The TV - nightmare widget thing, lol. A little nest of tables in the lounge is needed to put your drinks on when sitting on the couch/armchair. It's a suggestion, not a criticism 😊
