    Poor cleanliness, cold room and unfriendly staff.

    Only location

    The only positive thing was the location. The room was not properly cleaned – spider webs, candy wrappers under the bed, a dirty sofa and visible mould in the bathroom. The room was also very cold. We asked for the heating to be turned on, but were only given an oil-filled radiator, which barely helped. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. When checking out with my three-year-old child, a staff member insisted that I go outside immediately to press the exit button instead of doing it when driving out. I had to briefly leave my child behind just to do this. The room was full of chargeable drinks, but it wasn’t clear what was complimentary. Not even free water or coffee was provided. Overall, a disappointing experience – poor cleanliness, a cold room and unfriendly staff. Would not recommend!
