Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα, πολύ καθαρό, σύγχρονο και άνετο. Έχει άμεση πρόσβαση στο τραμ για πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της Φλωρεντίας. Σε 50 μέτρα υπάρχει εμπορικό κέντρο με σούπερ μάρκετ και μαγαζιά για φαγητό.

A modern good located and equipped apartment with a couple of flaws
- The location is good and comfortable, close to tram from airport, park and shopping center. - The apartment itself is modern and good equipped.
The host was only texting in Italian, so unfortunately no English (should be corrected on the booking.com site). - We can not understand the other reviews, as the apartment wasn't very clean (compared to other airbnb's), especially the shower area. - Air conditioner was not cooling the room. - mosquito net in the bedroom was defective.

Spotless clean, strategic location, accomodative and responsive host
We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was spotlessly clean, and the host was very responsive and accommodating, making the whole experience smooth and pleasant. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to comfortable bedding. The location is super convenient just a short walk to the supermarket and other shopping areas. Plus, the tram stop is nearby, and it only took us about 15 minutes to reach Duomo and Santa Maria Novella, which made getting around Florence so easy. Honestly, the high ratings are well deserved, this place truly lives up to the reviews. It’s perfect in every way, and we’d definitely stay here again!
