    gut geschlafen, mittelmäßig gewohnt

    Der Einrichtungsstil der Wohnung ist sehr schön & geschmackvoll. Besonders das Schlafzimmer hat Charm & das Bett ist sehr bequem! Das Apartment ist gut mit der U-Bahn zu erreichen. Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind in der Nähe.

    Leider war der Zustand der restlichen Ausstattung der Wohnung in mittelmäßiger Qualität. Besonders das Badezimmer braucht dringend ein paar einfache Upgrades, wie z.B. Handtuchhalter, Toilettenpapier-Halter, eine neue Toilettenbürste, etc... Auch die Küche könnte etwas umfangreicher, liebevoller & neuwertiger eingerichtet sein. Die Stühle am Küchentisch sind alle wackelig & schief. Dem kleine Balkon wird leider gar keine Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt. Die Fenster sind dünn & sehr hellhörig, was uns allerdings nicht besonders gestört hat. Das Apartment ist etwas außerhalb. Mit der U-Bahn braucht man ca. eine halbe Stunde in die Innenstadt. Mir persönlich war das Apartment zu weit davon entfernt; das ist allerdings Geschmacksache.

    Rooftop patio is very nice. Location is good. Close to subway. Street is super quiet at nights.

    Apartment needs a good face-lift.
