  A nice place to stay in Milan

  A beautiful and huge place to stay in Milan. Very nice location, well connected (to the city and to the airport Linate). It has two big rooms, one sleeping room and one living room. And then the bathroom. It has a little fridge. Shower was perfect. The bed very comfortable. The stuff was friendly and answered all my questions. We were only there one night but people respected the silent hours.

  For such a big room it would have been nice to have a kettle, or a coffee machine or even a microwave. Sometimes we just want to eat or drink something in the accommodation instead of always go outside. In the afternoon we were tired so we decided to take a nap. Room number 4, is right in front of the reception and it was so loud we couldn’t sleep. Maybe with other rooms you have no issues (but in the night no noises, so that’s good).

  L'emplacement

  Lorsque le virement a été fais (inclue la taxe de séjour) nous avons appris que notre chambre était en sous sol. dès que l'on se présente celle-ci n'est pas prête pourtant ils avaient notre heure d'arrivé. (Nous avons eu une chambre de remplacement pour une nuit) après direction le "garage" Je suis allez les voir 2 fois pour des des renseignement mais ont les saoule. Fenêtres impraticable, le matin impossible de savoir s'il faisait jour ou pas, le temps qu'il faisait. La nuit était chaude, nous avons du mettre la clim pour tenir. Le matelas inconfortable. Finalement nous sommes partis 2 jours plus tôt avec un bon rhume. En guise de dédommagement ils proposent le remboursement des frais de ménage, (la cerise sur le gâteau) Aucun client ne devrait être traiter comme ça, c'est lamentable. Je ne recommande absolument pas.
