  Lovely apartment, comfortable apartment in a great location!

  This apartment is in an excellent location, the unit it nicely renovated, nicely decorated, and it is very comfortable and user-friendly. Also, they do a good job of helping clients to access the property independently. We loved out stay.

  I only have very small things to critiques. It would have helped to know that a taxi was not able to drop us in front of the apartment so it would have helped to have had a taxi "drop off address" and then instructions on how to locate the physical address of the apartment. We eventually figured it out but it would be useful to explain this up front. Also, because I am a clean freak, it bothered me the grout in the shower was not thoroughly cleaned and maintained. I know most people will never noticed this (for example, my husband did not), but for people like me who are so sensitive to cleaning, things like this stand out. Lastly, it was great having bother a washer AND a dryer but the washer cycle took nearly 2 hours and the clothing in the dryer did not fully dry even after several houts. However, we were grateful that the apartment had a drying rack so in he end, it all worked out.

  Desde el vamos Fabio nos bombardeó varios días antes de nuestra estadía para hacer el check in on line, siendo éste bastante complejo, tener que subir fotos de los pasaportes de todas las personas, la tarjeta de crédito para la tasa turística y el depósito, enviamos todo y seguía insistiendo qué mandemos la documentación cuando ya la habíamos hecho, estabamos de vacaciones y la verdad fue muy molesto todos los mensajes. Nunca nos recibió ni contacto nadie en nuestra estadía, solo antes , lo elegimos por las reseñas pero la verdad nos desilusionó. Baño lejos de la habitación, cocina con poca vajilla, almohadas finitas muy incómodas y si bien la zona es céntrica, las calles de acceso son muy oscuras y sucias, con bolsas de basura en todo ése callejón, para colmo leímos que si no tirábamos la basura en los contenedores correspondientes nos cobraría una multa de €80.- Yo le sugeriría que mantenga limpia la calle de acceso y se ocupe de recibir a los huéspedes y así facilitar todo el trámite como en los demás lugares que estuvimos en el resto de Sicilia que fueron muchos en 20 días. Lejos lo más incomodo en toda nuestra fantástica gira.
