It’s in a perfect location but there are 3 flight of stairs (we stayed in the second floor) to navigate.
Location is perfect for walking the interesting parts of the city. Getting something to eat is never a problem as the whole Rua Augusta street is full of choice restaurants and bakeries.
The stairs! If you have big luggage’s or have knee problems, you might like to think again. Plus it’s a walking street so if you have a car, look into parking far away.

The drain stinks and there is a lot of noise from the restaurant guests outside on the street which affects sleep..

Lovely apartment, fantastic location.
Exactly how it looks in the pictures. Nice and clean. Location is fantastic. Right in the heart and close to everything.
The stairs in the building up to the flat. Very narrow and steep. Was a struggle with our big suitcases but we did it. The apartment itself was amazing.
