    Exceptional stay.

    Amazing location. Staff friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed and lovely shower. Hotel was super quiet. Quite a treat to stay here!!

    For the price of the room, a small fridge and a capsule coffee machine would have made it perfect

    Ruben's at the Palace, Perfection

    Absolutely everything. Service, ambience decor and cleanliness was perfect. Staff were so wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. Attention to detail and attentiveness was superb. So much to recommend this hotel.

    There was nothing to dislike, at all.

    El personal de limpieza los conserjes son encantadores, en recepción algunos también. A nosotros nos Atendió una chica con un acento cerradísimo british y aunque intentamos mis hijos y yo entenderla ella no hizo ningún acercamiento a facilitarnos hablando más despacio
