  Great Location and Renovated Interior, But Ruined by an Uncomfortable Bed and Missing Amenities

  The property owner was extremely helpful during check-in. They sent two videos: one showing how to find the street, the main entrance, and enter the codes, and a second one showing the exact same process for the apartment door. I received all the codes right on time. The location was great—very close to everything, though there was a little bit of street noise. Using the free Wi-Fi at home was super easy. I didn't use any kitchen supplies, but I checked them out to mention in my review, and I thought they were sufficient. The entire house has been renovated, and high-quality materials were used for everything except the double bed. However, that bed was chosen so cheaply that I suffered from back pain for a week after spending two nights there. Also, even though we stated we would be staying as three people, the third bed wasn't prepared. No extra sheets, pillows, or blankets were provided for us to make it ourselves. Since we checked in late at night, I had to rummage through all the closets and under the bed storage; I eventually found a mattress protector to use as a fitted sheet and prepared a bed for my daughter using a pillow from the double bed and a blanket I found. Despite all this, this sofa bed—assembled with pieced-together bedding—was actually more comfortable than the double bed. Since it is on the ground floor and faces the main entryway, airing out the apartment was a bit difficult. It also felt a bit cramped for three people; it might be better suited for a maximum of two guests. If the main bed hadn't been so terrible, I wouldn't have even minded the missing sheets and would have given it a full rating.

  Overall we had an excellent stay and would definitely stay there again.

  The property was in an excellent location. It was still in the car area of Como (a taxi could drop us off) however only a very short walk to the main centre of Como city, the lake and ferry. It was clean and modern and very comfortable.

  Even though it is listed as ground floor, there are a few stairs into the building which could be difficult for someone in a wheelchair. There was no drying rack for clothes (it is listed there is one on booking.com). Some clothes aren’t able to go in a clothes dryer. We couldn’t see a mountain view but that didn’t bother us either.

  Goed verblijf , perfecte locatie, nadeel dat je niet buiten op balkon of patio kan zitten

  Well located, in the center of historical center of Como, 5 minute to the lake Como, comfortable appartament with climatization, wi-fi, flat tv etc.
