    The location was great

    We arr8ve to a malfunctioning air conditioning unit. We were unable to speak to anyone directly, only email or SMS. Issue was not rectified during our stay. Just grateful it wasn't the middle of summer! Also, pls be aware if booking through QStay, keys need to he collected and returned at an external address. This was not clear at time of booking.
