My experience was nice and i liked everything for a matter of fact.
The place is actually so superb, the customer service "the lady" she is actually so awesome and very swift when it comes to problem solving. I misplaced my phone and had forgotten about it but the madam housekeeper kept it well and it was later delivered at the place of agreement.

Super difficult to find in sketchy area, do not recommend
Nothing to say here, since we did not even find the house.
We didn't find the location at all, instructions and address was super unclear and unprecise, and the host was not reachable ("lost his phone"), so we had to book another hotel as last minute option in the middle of the night. Also the area is super sketchy, right next to a big favella.
