    It is a good place to stay while visiting Venice.

    The location is very convenient to walk with luggages from the train station.

    It would be nice to have more comfort items such as shampoo and conditioner, paper towels and tissues available.

    What a find - perfect place in Venice!

    What a find in our favourite part of Venice. Secure apartment in a locked, gated area. Two storey townhouse, lots of little touches to make your stay comfortable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

    Great! Highly recommended.

    House is simple amazing! Very tidy and cozy. It have everything what we need. Here we had the most refreshing sleep during the whole trip around Italy. Located close enough to train station and grand canal, but we didn’t hear any trains or noises from outside. Rudy is a very caring and attentive host. We would love to come back and have an amazing time in this house and Venice

    サンタルチア駅、そしてヴァポレットのFerroviaから徒歩圏で、こんな穴場のアパートがあったとは！我ながら見つけられて大満足です。 オーナーの方は大変親切で、時間にも正確なので安心できます。いつでもコンタクトできる上に、チェクイン・チェックアウト自ら出向いてくださるので不安無し。 更にお茶コーヒー、牛乳、おいしいクッキー、お水のサービスまで用意されていて、オーナーのおもてなし精神あふれるアパート。 洗濯機はありますが乾燥機はないので、備え付けの物干し台に干して乾かす形です。それでもランドリーに行かなくて済むので大変ありがたいです。 くつろげるお部屋なので、ぐっすり眠れておかげで連日元気にベネツィアの街を歩き回れました。ありがとうございました！！
