El departamento es adecuado para 2/3 personas y tiene las comodidades necesarias para la estancia. Las camas son cómodas. El depto tiene una ubicación buena, y está a unas 5 cuadras de la línea D de subte lo cual le da versatilidad.
El ascensor hace demasiado ruido y puede ser molesto para dormir si se tiene sueño liviano. El depto tiene una cerradura digital, pero la puerta de acceso al edificio una cerradura que requiere si o si de la llave tanto para entrar como salir. Puede ser incómodo ya que todos los huéspedes deben moverse juntos.
