Die Lage, Künstlerviertel verspricht mehr als es hergibt. Fenster Wohnzimmer schließt nicht richtig. Ausstattung für 2 Personen, Betten für 4. Kein Abzug im Bad

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und ein freundlicher Wohnungsnachbar. Die Sitzgelegenheiten vor der Wohnung.
Wohnumfeld sehr schwierig und dreckig, dafür verkehrsgünstig. Wohnung und insbesondere die Küche sehr spartanisch ausgestattet. Schlechter Fernsehempfang nur über Internet.
