    I do not recommend this apartment.

    When we arrived, it turned out that the apartment had suffered water damage. There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling, and there was a very strong smell of damp and mustiness throughout the apartment, which was unbearable for us. In addition, I noticed bugs in the bed. I was travelling with my 5-year-old child, and because of these conditions, I decided that we would not stay there. I contacted the owner, but the problem was downplayed – among other things, I was told that the bathroom had a door that could simply be kept closed. In the end, I returned the key and left the apartment on the very first day. Even though we did not spend a single night there because of the conditions we found, I did not receive a refund. I am very disappointed both with the condition of the apartment and with the way the whole situation was handled. If I had known in advance what the actual conditions in the apartment were like, I would never have made this reservation. I definitely do not recommend this place, especially to people travelling with children.

    Sehr angenehme ruhige Lage und trotzdem gute Anbindung an öffentlichen Nahverkehr - Buslinie 120 zur Stadtmitte keine 2 min Fußweg entfernt. Schnelle, freundliche und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Vermieter, empfehle das Appartement gerne weiter.
