    Belle appartement, bon immeuble calme,bien situé. Au besoin besoin j’aurais aimé d’y retourner, mais pas à ces condition

    L’appartement spacieux et bien illuminé. L’emplacement à Duisburg centre est un grand avantage pour mes besogne. Également l’état de l’immeuble avec ascenseur.

    Je ne rien trouvé comme aliments. Pas de sucre, de sel, de poivre, de l’huile, vinaigre, café, de l’eau, gel douche. Des produits qu’on trouve dans d’autres appartements à l’abondance. Je n’ai pas trouvé un grille pain, cafetière à filtre, micro-ondes, pas un taie d’oreiller ou couverture ou serviettes en plus. Dans la salle de bain le miroir est très ébréchée, on peut se blesser gravement,9 bouteilles de bière vide sur le balcon, pas de serpillière, le robinet des toilettes très mal fixé, pas de rideaux devant les fenêtres, alors qu’il y a en vis à vis, le four n’a jamais vu une pyrolyse, moi je ne pourrai pas utiliser.

    Es liegt mitten in der Innenstadt. Leider ohne Parkplatz, das muss man mit 12 Euro pro Nacht rechnen. Der Preis war trotzdem gut.

    Unfertig, lieb los eingerichtet. Oder einfach nicht richtig fertig. Toilette ging nicht zum abschließen und die Türklinke ist abgefallen beim zu mach. Küche da fehlt auch noch paar Dinge. Keine Gardinen, also man wir den ganzen Tag beobachtet. Die leeren Bierflaschen vom Vormieter waren auch noch auf der Terrasse. Der Fahrstuhl, da hat nur noch der Horror Clown gefehlt 🤡 da das Licht drinnen ständig gelinkt hat. Aber für den Preis konnte man in Ruhe schlafen. Es war auch sauber.
