    My wife and I spent our 17th wedding anniversary and had the best weekend ever. It was the perfect get away for us. We call it our hideaway.

    We didn't like the fact that we had to leave. We will definitely be back.

    The scenery was quite impressive, and the location was secluded. The indoor fireplace was a nice feature.

    Like many people mentioned, the water had a smell to it. It was not that bad but noticeable at times.

    Loved it!

    Stunning farm, safe and secure cottage and close to the beautiful dorpie of Montagu. Linda, our host was friendly and all the amenities were available and worked.

    Nothing we didn't like about the cottage or the stay but we could hear the guests in the attached cottage as it has a shared/common wall. The manganese enriched water also took a bit of getting used to but not an issue at all.
