    Uncomfortable.

    The view of spiral case and red bricks.

    The bed was uncomfortable and we had terrible night, cldnt sleep at all, the extra pillow w no sheet. Toilet, basin, wall, shower room walk are all filthy. A lot of noise. Single door lock with low Security. The staff with the food trolley using lift without offering guest to step in first. No hospitality and ignored guests multiple times. Run down plc. I don’t know why ppl recommend such plc. Not worthy.
