    A good location but a little disappointing.

    Albeit it extremely small Chitterleigh Cottage was pleasant enough to stay there for a few nights. Fairly comfortable and well equipped. The mezzanine bedroom upstairs was tastefully decorated. Ok to park there.

    The photo is misleading as you are actually staying in a very small attached property which we thought was actually a garage conversion. No dishwasher, no washing machine and a downstairs toilet and shower. Low water pressure. Narrow country lanes which are difficult to drive through in the dark. It would have been good to have had some better garden furniture to sit on.

    We had a very enjoyable stay and the accommodation was very comfortable.

    Outdoor facilities were basic and not as per photos. Garden area was untidy and certainly not up to the standard of the excellent interior.
