Great house and short stroll to town. Views are awesome overlooking the lake

Property is a little delight. Roomy but cosy. Floor plan is a little different but still cool. Hot tub with a view is amazing with an outdoor fire place too really makes for a nice evening outside even when it’s cold.

Would’ve enjoyed a tv in the master bedroom to wind down after the day snuggled up in bed. We have older children so the second bedroom down stairs worked great but if you have younger ones they might prefer to be closer to mum and dad in an unfamiliar place. It’s a shame the powerlines interrupt the view of the lake but the view is still quite stunning.

Our stay was exceptional and we’ll definitely be coming again.

Ruru retreat was exceptional. Brand new, clean, every possible luxury you could ask for. Under floor heating, home very well heated, incredible views, amazing hot tub, fire places, very very comfortable - just amazing.

    We loved everything.
