    Loved the quirkiness but had to wipe and wash things before using

    It was old and a bit quirky

    Everything felt grubby to the touch. It was a long walk to the bus stop

    Bath is a lovely location and the cottage could have been lovely if the above is addressed.

    - Location was perfect, easy to get into town centre - Beds were comfortable - Easy access to property

    - Not enough cutlery - only 3 forks ( there was 4 of us) - Not enough glasses - Shower was either too hot or too cold, the pressure and the flow of water was not great, the water was trickling which made it difficult too have a decent shower. None of us could wash our hair - TV on the wall is too high, strained necks - Should have basic channels (ie 1 -5) - Kwik stay management response to time was slow - When you first walk in the cottage smelt musty - maybe leave windows open or air out before guests arrive - WiFi does not work unless you scan the code on the back of the router - (This should be added to the manual) - There should be clear instructions on how to use the: * Heating system * The fire place

    What's in a nice experience especially when it's for your sister's 60th and you wanted to surprise w

    The beds they were clean uncomfortable

    The property wasn't like we expected the sofa was dirty we had to put a blanket from the bed on it the rug was dirty the kitchen sink was dirty the oven gloves were filthy the pavement in the parking area was uneven and broken had informed them my sister had walking difficulties they said it would be okay she nearly fell over the garden furniture was broke had informed them I had five of us going there was one seat for two in the garden when we went in the cupboard we saw the electrics that didn't look safe overall the place was not nice to stay out if we had the money we would have gone to a hotel this was my sister's 60th when I got there I cried I had sorted this out so upset would not recommend had an added all the photos but this is what we've got
