    Great budget hotel. Highly recommend!

    This is the hotel we use on a regular basis when in Kampala for work. The staff there are very friendly, the beds and pillows are comfortable, the breakfast is okay. It’s a fantastic value-for-money hotel. Downside - only a couple of local TV stations; no movie channel. Parking can be an issue sometimes, but the hotel really try hard to accommodate us on this. And no fridge in a standard room. Other than these few minor items, the budget hotel is really great!

    Lovely staff!

    Central location. Staff are lovely. Parking area is too small which can be difficult. Some rooms are noisy.

    Friendly staff; great service.

    Comfortable bed. Average breakfast. No bacon. More Ugandan style breakfast buffet. Staff are really friendly and they all do an excellent job. Parking is terrible as the car park is too congested; if you choose not to leave your keys, it takes 20 minutes to get your car in and out.

    Excellent staff. Comfortable bed.

    Bed and pillow were super comfortable. There was a loud mechanical noise outside our window for hours during the night - very annoying. Staff are fantastic. Very friendly, polite and efficient. They really try to meet your needs. No mini fridge so no cold drinks. No coffee in room - only 1 teabag and 1 cup for 2 people. Universal power sockets which is fantastic. Parking is so full with non-residents cars that they ask you to leave your keys. I refused and they accommodated me but it took about 30 minutes of stuffing around before I could park and leave. Overall, it’s 3 star accommodation in a central business location. But in need of some room refurbishing.

    Nice 3 star hotel

    Nice 3 star hotel. Rooms get very hot. Food is okay. Rooms are clean.
