    A little disappointed

    This was our 3rd time staying at Rustic Inn because we love the location and how comfortable the cabins are. We also love the firepits and being able to sit and enjoy the evening.

    We understand that every stay can be different, but considering the cost of our 3 night stay, we had hoped for the same level of hospitality and experience we had come to appreciate. But this trip was disappointing. The shower was not at all hot enough! We had called maintenance to come and check it out and he told my husband it was working fine. It almost seemed like they may have turned it down for whatever reason because the last 2 years it was perfectly fine but this time was get in and get out because it was getting cold. We also had to eat breakfast downstairs because it was so busy upstairs and there was no salt/pepper so we asked and was told there were no extra. Because it was our 3rd stay maybe our expectations were too high because the last 2 stays were so amazing. But it was enough of a disappointment that we will stay somewhere else next time.
