    The location was perfect for me. I wanted to do lots of mountain hiking and it was perfectly situated for that. Great breakfast provisions, comfy bed and enjoyed the spa.

    Apart from high use items, nearly everything was a bit dusty.

    A great value guesthouse which will delight those who would experience a past era in comfort.

    This guesthouse is an experience where little pieces of interest can be discovered in most parts of every room. Rod,the host, is very genial and helpful. The position, views and the collection of antique and quirky objects abounding in your own room and the optional communal lounge and kitchen all contribute to a great experience at an amazingly reasonable price for the Mt Dandenong Tourist road area.

    The rooms are reasonable size but not spacious, but I am comparing to stays costing double the cost.

    A sweet escape!

    The guest house itself is absolutely beautiful and the mountain location is perfect. Large bathroom and 2 seating areas, great for families. A good kitchen to cook meals and breakfast items in room.

    Found the bedside tables and other furniture throughout the house covered in dust and the shower is too small and bathroom too cold. Shower needs to be extended with better water flow and heating will be great for winter getaway as it's very cold up the mountain.
