    Great location excellent property.

    The location was excellent, the property very clean and well equipped the garden nice to sit out in. The beds were comfortable and plenty of space to put clothes etc The designated place to park was very useful :)

    After a long journey I did struggle with combi oven - lots of detailed instructions bit tricky to figure out and hob touch induction??could have done with a basic microwave.

    Good property, good location. Could do better on supplies at the beginning.

    Had to ring to get the combination of the lock box.

    Host was a bit stingy with supplies eg washing up liquid, toilet rolls etc

    Nice place to stay

    Lovely garden and good sized kitchen, well resourced for self catering. Not far from Southwold although we were with my elderly parents,so we had to drive. Comfortable beds. Nice homemade biscuits on arrival.

    2 toilet rolls,tiny plastic washing up liquid and shower gel,feels mean and unnecessary. 2 bathrooms are stated but it's only 1 bathroom and 1 toilet downstairs so for 6 people its a bit tricky. Terrible decoration and awful mismatched furniture in lounge. Barking dogs next door woke us up at 6.45 on 1st morning, although once I spoke to them the owner quietened them. I sent a message to the company about this but they didn't respond.
