    Very enjoyable house to stay.

    Location was great. Short walk to the great beach with clear water to swim in. House & everything in the house was in great condition & had everything needed for a long stay. David the host was very accommodating with anything he could help us with so our holiday was a great one.

    Beautiful property surrounded by lush gardens, close to the beach in a great location

    A lovely property surrounded by lush gardens and a short walk across the road to the beach. David was very helpful and a great host.

    It was very wet while we were staying there so it was difficult to dry towels and clothing. Maybe some more sets of towels and bathmats would be helpful or ready access to a dryer during these conditions. Other than that we had a fabulous stay.

    A relaxing fun stay away from hotels. We felt like locals.

    Beautiful airy house just paces away from some of the best snorkeling on rarotonga. Lovely garden full of beautiful plants and crazy chickens. Nice having a full sized kitchen which we used a lot.

    If you stay in rutaki you will definitely need transport as it is not really walking distance to restaurants cafes or supermarket. We hired a scooter.
