    Hotel was OK. Room set up was weird. Not too spacious and very expensive.

    Location is good. Front desk was professional.

    Had to carry our heavy luggage to room. Bellman can try harder or the hotel should hire somebody more professional. He was not the most welcoming person with an attitude and it seems this is the same guy who runs the restaurant and charges for coffee to their customers. We wanted to grab a coffee before leaving the hotel and since we did not pay for breakfast guy in the restaurant said: "2 cups of coffee would be 7 euros, cash 6 euros." This is NOT how you treat your guests. This hotel needs to work harder for its customers. That's cheap. Coffee is courtesy is most of hotels for them to charge us?
