    Um excelente local para ficar, porém precisam ser mais claros quanto ao apartamento que foi reservado e qual endereço ex

    Super bem localizado e acomoda 4 pessoas muito bem.

    Não tem elevador desde o primeiro andar, apenas a partir do segundo, e quando reservamos, vi várias fotos que não refletiam o apartamento e nem o prédio reservado, já que a empresa tem diversos imóveis em uma mesma região. Essa parte do centro não entra carro então queriam que eu fosse presencialmente até o prédio principal para pegar instruções, porém expliquei que tinha muitas malas e não poderia ficar de um lado para outro, eles entenderam e me encontraram no prédio onde eu iria me hospedar com minha família.

    Good location and good proce

    It's located close to Sao Bento train station, and also close to other places we wanted to visit. Decent comfort. Not spacious but not tiny.

    Cleanliness left a bit to be desired. Dust and hair behind the bedroom doors. Dust on the TV shelf in the living room.

    O apartamento era muito bem localizado e bem equipado, conforme apresentado nas fotos. Alias equipe se atendimento é excelente. Gentil e rápida na comunicação. No mais, muito bom. Me hospedaria novamente.

    O único senão foi o sofá-cama que era desconfortável para dormir. Informamos a Adm que ficou de fazer algo a respeito.
