    Great value for money with stunning views and lovely staff.

    The view of the lake from Rwiza Village was stunning; and the fact that the bungalows are so high up makes it even more spectacular. The breakfast and dinner were both delicious. The staff (especially Eric and Affero (not sure how to spell that! our waiter). Eric very kindly organised a taxi for me to travel the next day to Kigali airport, I was traveling there alone and felt very safe. The rooms are small and quite basic but very clean with showers and hot water. We had a 4x4 which is advisable as the final bit of the road to get there isn't easy!

    The fact that the bungalows were right next to a huge electric pylon. However this does not block the view of the lake!!

    - staff very helpful and friendly - location by the lake is amazing! You can go swim whenever you want - fantastic view from the room - very good breakfast and very good diner ! Highly recommend.

    - location is hard to find, more signs would be appreciated. - shower is small and the water pressure is low.. so not the easiest shower to shampoo your hair 😅

    Amazing Lodge on Lake Kivu

    The place is amazing, even better than on the pictures. It is located in a very quiet place. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and the rooms very quiet and comfortable.

    My bed was particularly squeaky all night. The place is hidden and hard to find especially at night.
