Please note that a maximum of 2 dogs per room can be accommodated at this property for an additional charge of GBP 7 per dog per night. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dogs.     Une nuit ça suffit

    Sans transport nous avons bien aimé le Honey Bee pub 5 minutes à pied pour notre repas du soir. Taxi service Lynx efficace et 15 à 25 minutes pour l'aéroport.

    Malheureusement la chambre dans l'annexe très petite, aucune isolation entre les chambres nous entendons tous les bruits de nos voisins. Le matin malgré faire couler l'eau longtemps, pas chaud pour une douche et le pire le petit déjeuner pas mangeable. Tout dans les paquets plastiques, un croissant sec. Une honte et manque de personnel. Comment ils peuvent dire que c'est un établissement de luxe, méfié vous

    Great place great alternative to an airport hotel

    Very clean rooms well equipped and comfy beds

    My daughters said th soundproofing in the annex was not up to much as they both had noisy neighbours who interrupted their sleep 5 mins uo the road to good restaurants in a uber. 5 minutes form th airport even in morning rush hour

    Good location but, more of an AirBnB than a guest house.

    Clean, yes. Good location. Local pub about 5 minutes walk away.

    In my opinion, this isn't a guest house in that I didn't see any staff members at all during my stay. It's more of an Air BnB with codes to access the farmhouse and a code to access the room. The TV didn't allow access to all of the standard channels with only BBC2 available. There's also a really wide walled and low entrance door to the main "farmhouse" from the conservatory that serves as a welcome area that had a warning sign for the low door on the outside going in but, none on the inside going out. Consequently, I bashed and grazed my head in the evening going back out to eat and, because I'd forgotten, I did the same leaving early in the morning. Double ouch!! Although, 6 foot tall, I don't consider myself as exceptionally tall. A warning on both sides would have helped!! Breakfast was served too late for me as a business visitor as I needed to be on the road early so, I didn't even get to sample the food. Shame as this place is well located for Manchester City Centre, the airport and the motorway network.
