This property was in one of the best spots of Kyoto for first time visitors. It is walking distance from Gion district, and a very short distance from Yasaka Pagoda and Kiyomizu-dera. Additionally, the home is over 200 years old so this adds to the appeal. The lady who runs the property is incredibly kind and welcoming too!

Beautiful but the owner is a little rude
Hermoso y muy auténtico Beautiful very autentic
Le pedí a la dueña dejar mi maleta en el Ryokan después del check out, para poder pasear y no quiso, tuve que insistir para que me ayudara, poco empática I asked the owner if I could leave my suitcase at the ryokan after checking out so I could go sightseeing, but she said no. I had to insist that she help me—she wasn't very empathetic.
