    Outstanding experience.

    Outstanding accomodation with exceptional service, facilities, onsen and attention to privacy. We ate breakfast in a private room with the most delicious Japanese breakfast. Special care was taken to make sure that a dairy free diet was accepted and catered for. The Ryokan was exceptionally relaxing and at the same time access to the ski resort was easy and the drying room was large and well organised. Additionally, it is close to Chuo bus station and Main st restaurants and shops. Oops I forgot to mention the sauna and cold plunge bath alongside the outdoor onsen. We also took advantage of the family onsen and it was perfect.

    Nothing. We stayed an extra day as it was so good. Thank you weather for the perfect snow.
