    Staff were all amazingly helpful and nice. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. The accommodations were outstanding. The bath was awesome. We absolutely loved it!

    Room was spacious, clean, and with a great view of Miyajima. So very clean, neat, and tidy.

    Overall, it was a comfortable stay with a spacious room, but the lack of authentic ryokan atmosphere and the high price

    The hotel was pleasant and comfortable, with a surprisingly spacious room that made our stay enjoyable. However, we expected a more authentic ryokan experience.

    Unfortunately, the overall experience did not fully justify the price. Simply having a tatami mat in the room does not make it a traditional ryokan, and the hotel’s name gave us higher expectations of Japanese atmosphere and hospitality. At ¥40,000 per night, we felt the price was too high for what was offered, especially considering that neither breakfast nor dinner was included. The view of Miyajima Island from our window was also partially blocked by buildings around the port. The location was not ideal either, as the hotel is approximately a 10-minute walk from the train station, and reaching Miyajima Island still requires taking a ferry. Another drawback for international guests is that most of the information and signage are in Japanese, and the front desk staff communicate primarily in Japanese, making a translation app almost essential.

    Osen estupendo, limpio, muy eficiente todo. Perfecto para pasar el día en Miyajima y acabar relajado en el osen.
