    Truly the kindest hotel staff I have ever met, service was amazing and i felt at home throughout my entire stay.

    - Beautiful garden - Super clean, onsen was gorgeous and spotless - Relaxing - Nicely decorated - Room was amazing, so spacious and the in room onsen was awesome

    Japanese Style Experience At Its Very Best

    Outstanding friendliness and support by the staff member attending to our wellbeing; spotlessly clean rooms; great view onto the the japanese garden; much appreciated and often used private indoor and outdoor hot springs bath; very tasty kaizeki ryori dinner and generous japanese breakfast.

    No complaints whatsoever.

    お料理が非常に美味しく、お腹も心も満たされました！スタッフさんのご対応は丁寧で優しいだけでなく、気さくな雰囲気がありました。 部屋付きのお風呂、大浴場、貸切風呂のどれも清潔で、安心してゆっくり過ごすことができました。

    Food was exceptionally good compared to most other ryokan. Staffs are super nice and hard working. We were packing up and needed to borrow sticky tape around midnight, staff was readily available and helpful. Overall great experience.
