  Definitely Not recommended

  Unacceptable for us – serious safety and data protection concerns Our experience with this accommodation was extremely negative. We were particularly shocked by the check-in procedure, the handling of personal data and, above all, the safety conditions at the property. Access to the apartment was apparently only possible if you use WhatsApp. I am not permitted to install or use WhatsApp on my company phone for data protection reasons. As a result, we initially had no way of receiving the access code. Neither of the two telephone numbers provided by the host was reachable, and there was no response to our attempts to contact them. We eventually had to involve Booking.com, but even Booking.com was unable to get a response from the host at that time. Even more concerning was the requirement to submit complete, unredacted copies/photos of our identity documents via WhatsApp as part of the check-in process. After waiting outside the apartment for approximately one hour with a small child while it was getting dark, we ultimately felt we had no real alternative but to send the requested documents using my partner’s private mobile phone. In my opinion, requiring highly sensitive personal documents to be transmitted in this way is extremely concerning. However, what we found inside the property was even more alarming to me, particularly as a firefighter. The only entrance/exit door was locked and could not be opened from the inside without a key. At the same time, the main door was required to remain locked after 7 p.m. In an emergency, I consider this a serious potential safety risk, particularly if the key is not immediately available. In addition, we saw an electrical installation consisting of individual wires/cables fixed directly onto wood. Combined with the situation regarding the only available exit, this raised serious concerns for me regarding fire safety and the ability to evacuate the building quickly in an emergency.

  Arredamento, letto comodo doccia con acqua abbondante

  L'ingresso presenta una scala ripida larga appena 50 cm 55 per esagerare Teniamo presente chi avevo solo uno zainetto in spalla sarebbe stato impossibile con una valigia senza un corrimano a cui sostenerti tortuoso il check-in attraverso un'applicazione mal funzionante nella stanza vi è un arco per condurti alla zona bagno con dei gradini con un'altezza di un metro e cinquanta 50 praticamente bisogna fare Un inchino io ho sbattuto la testa il bagno presentava dei capelli nella zona doccia Per quanto concerne il check-in sono arrivata tre quarti d'ora prima ho chiesto se poteva entrare mi è stato risposto di no mi hanno lasciato in mezzo alla strada sotto la pioggia l'ho trovato in tanti anni come viaggiatrice veramente poco gentile quindi per quanto concerne lo staff di accoglienza Il voto è zero perché non si può rispondere con un secco no lo motivi anche se so benissimo che gli orari sono quelli ma non esiste al mondo che mi sia stato risposto così neanche in albergo e struttura molto migliori per questo non ci tornerò più. La macchina del caffè non funzionava La stanza è la numero 1 piano 1
