Location, location, location! The place was beautifully decorated and perfect for my needs.. The two dedicated parking spaces were a plus since they're was no street parking. 10/10 Recommend!

Great Location and Spacious
Great location close to beaches and the Banana River. Roomy and clean, with balconies in front and back. We would stay here again if we return to Cocoa Beach.

The WiFi connection was bad and the door lock didn’t work. Also, the thermostat was frozen at 74. No air conditioning.
