    Strategic location.

    It is actually a shop lot converted to an Airbnb. Bathroom was a main problem. Water was leaking mainly from the water heater paip, and the toilet bowl when flush. Most of the room lights were not functioning, socket and extensions were malfunctioning and there were a lot of noises in the room. Toiletries were not provided. Drilling and construction was ongoing at night due to the commercial unit. It was not comfortable.
