Tolle Urlaubswoche in einer wirklich tollen Finca
Die Lage ist phantastisch. Der Blick über Soller und nach Port de Soller ist der Wahnsinn. Der große Pool ist sehr gepflegt. Die Einrichtung der Finca ist sehr gut, die Betten sind super bequem. Unser Enkelsohn ist 6 Jahre und sehr gut auch mit der Hanglage klargekommen. Bei kleinen Kindern muss man tüchtig aufpassen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist sehr gut. Bei Fragen ist Carlos immer erreichbar.
Die Zufahrt zum Grundstück ist etwas heikel und leicht zu verfehlen. Am besten wirklich Navi nutzen und die letzten Meter sehr langsam !!! anfahren da man auch auf den Gegenverkehr achten muss.

Skønt hus og beliggenhed, dog med motorløb og spærret adgangsvej
Beliggenhed, poolområdet, store værelser, udsigten var fantastisk.
- Nedkørslen til huset var meget skræmmende. - ved et tilfælde opdagede vi, at vejen forbi huset ville være spærret i 13 timer pga et årligt tilbagevendende motorløb. Vi måtte selv opsøge lokale og udlejer for at udrede et specifikt tidspunkt, vi i ekskorte kunne forlade huset. Det kostede os dermed 1/2 feriedag. Vi burde være blevet informeret om dette motorløb ved bookningen. - Komfuret var defekt og blev udskiftet efter 2 dage. Udlejer kommunikerede om det, men startede kommunikationen på spansk, uagtet vi ikke taler spansk men engelsk. - vi påtalte forgæves en stuelampe, der konstant blinkede uden at kunne slukkes - værelserne var temmelig mørke - toilet i stueetage lugtede af kloak

A beautiful house in a stunning location
A well equipped house in an amazing location. The views from the living area are breathtaking. A lovely big pool. An initial issue with aircon was sorted very quickly and overall communication with the owners team was very efficient
The entrance is very hard to spot from the road! Maybe it would be helpful to have the co-ordinates to the turning rather than the house. The pool is looking a little tired - quite a few lost tiles and a build up of algae
