    Super well located, rather cozy and comfy. The owner also came to open the storage room for me, as I had to put my bicycle there. The balcony is tiny but is a highlight, as opening the window to the balcony lets enter a delicious evening light from the piazza.

    Not well noise insulated – on the back there is a parking and a street; the window has a gap; I woke up to the traffic noise around 7am. Not too bad, though.

    What a gem!!! Right in the hard of old town. And views absolutely breathtaking. We couldn’t believe how lucky we were to be able to experience this. Wanted to stay extra night, but our journey was going to the end, unfortunately. If it’s free-just book it. The top floor bedroom- was highlight of our visit to Bosa. Bed was huge and super comfortable. Massive bathroom as well.

    Would be great to have option to have a cup of coffee with these beautiful views from the bedroom window, but it’s not an issue as plenty of cafeterias are restaurants as soon as you step outside the front door.
