  A great property, very well maintained and in a lovely village.

  The property is very well maintained, very clean, good A/C, easy parking and a great location in the village. The home is absolutely perfect for a family with 2 kids. The twin bedroom isn’t big, but it has 2 single beds and loads of storage, our kids (14 and 10) were perfectly comfortable. There is a good size kitchen/diner/lounge - a really great place. There is a small yard area to the back of the property that has seating, a washing line (great for drying beach stuff), and a well equipped laundry room. The village of Padru is set in the hills about 20 minutes from the nearest beaches. Padru has a few very friendly cafe/bars, a couple of great places to eat, a small supermarket and a couple of amazing bakers (perfect for morning pastries, bread and cakes). If you want the busier nightlife, San Teodoro is 20 minutes by car, this is a very lively town with countless restaurants, bars, clubs and nighttime markets. We found the mix of the tranquility of the village and the nearby busier towns ideal. Also the service from the property managers was excellent, very helpful and always quick to respond on WhatsApp if I had a question.

  I can’t think of anything to criticise. The only point to consider is that you would need a car if you stay in Padru.

  Location carina ma organizzazione da migliorare

  Di per se la casa è carina. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite e la posizione abbastanza comoda anche per raggiungere la costa. Tuttavia al netto della nostra esperienza e del prezzo che è stato pagato penso che si possa fornire un servizio più adeguato.

  Sa Domo è un alloggio molto carino e pulito a Pardu. Il nostro soggiorno non è stato completamente positivo in quanto abbiamo avuto dei problemi con l'acqua calda e solo dopo due docce fredde abbiamo capito che i proprietari si erano scordati di accendere la caldaia. L'alloggio ha l'aria condizionata ma non era stata accesa prima del nostro arrivo e le finsetre del soggiorno erano rivolte verso il sole quindi c'era un discreto caldo nè la possibilità di aprire per far areggiare. Abbiamo aperto le finestre sul lato interno ma si affacciavano su un cortile comune nel quale accedeva anche la vicina. I proprietari non erano presenti al nostro arrivo e il recupero delle chiavi non è stato esattamente come indicato nel messaggio in quanto la vicina di casa ha dovuto aprirci il cancello che risultava chiuso al nostro arrivo. Come detto, di per se l'alloggio non è male ma un paio di accortezze in più sarebbero state gradite.
