Home is ok but I wouldn’t rent again.
Good location and quiet for sleeping. Close to a bus stop.
The photos on bookings.com are very deceiving showing a bright sunny house. The house is dark and musty smelling inside . In order to bring in the light you have to open all of the iron shutters which is not easy to do . The listing shows two living rooms but only has one. The driveway is very steep so a renter needs to understand that.

Obiekt jest wart polecenia ale trzeba wiedzieć na co się piszesz. Brak gościnności. Brak klimatyzacji należy zaznaczyć w
Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, ogromna przestrzeń, ogród ze stolikami i krzesłami, ładnie zachowane wnętrze, grill, wygodne łóżka.
Brak klimatyzacji pomimo tego że w ogłoszeniu jest napisane że dom jest w nią wyposażony. Grill był brudny i przed użyciem musieliśmy cały wyczyścić. W domu jest gorąco i zapewnione są jedynie wiatraki. W kuchni jest nieco brudno, część ścian i mebli lepi się od tłuszczu. Wynajmujący zapewnił jedynie dwie tabletki do zmywarki, bardzo zużytą gąbkę do mycia naczyń i końcówkę płynu do naczyń. Naliczane jest wiele kar za nieposprzątanie, nie wyrzucenie śmieci itd. Tego wszystkiego dowiadujesz się dopiero przed przyjazdem. Takie rzeczy powinny być w standardzie zwłaszcza za taką cenę. W trakcie pobytu stresujesz się czy ktoś zaakceptuje stopień czystości naczyń i nie naliczy 100€ kary. Poprosiłem o dowiezienie przynajmniej gąbek do naczyń i płynu ale dostałem odpowiedź że takie rzeczy należy kupić we własnym zakresie. Kuchnia nie jest wyposażona nawet w podstawowe produkty jak przyprawy, olej itp. Ale należy przyznać że jest bogato zaopatrzona we wszelkie przybory kuchenne.
