Great location, great host.
Great location, just a few blocks from the beach and the major bus line running up and down Mazatlan. A number of places to eat nearby as well.
No "real" groceries in walking distance, just a plethora of mini-marts, but that was fine for our stay. We were there for the eclipse anyway!
