  Lovely modern flat, super-central.

  The flat was lovely, with new and modern furniture and well kept. It was definitely nicer than other sabbia suites apartments in PdC we previously stayed in (e.g. in calle chalana). The location is incredibly central, but the flat is relative quiet.

  I really don't like that sabbia suites managing agency only releases the access code at the time of check in or a couple of hours ahead of that at most. It makes for a very stressful travel, not knowing where you are going exactly (they don't tell you your flat number in advance either, let alone the access code) and if you will get in smoothly. They rely on you having to pay for internet roaming when you land in spain and accessing your access code then online, which is less than ideal. Plus, if you get in at night, like we did, landing around 20.30pm, you are left not knowing if anyone would assist you if you can't find the flat or if you open your phone to discover there is no code... completely unnecessary and the kind of thing that really spoils the relaxation of a weekend escape. Another issue this time is that I requested a late check out if possible at all, which I totally understand is not guaranteed at all. We were due to check out at 11am with a 10pm flight back to the uk, and no where to store luggage. They told me to get in touch the day before departure to see if we could maybe stay till 1pm. I got in touch repeatedly as advised and they never got back to me until 10am on the day of departure.. to say late check out was not possible. Most unprofessional. A quick reply the afternoon or evening before would have been enough for us to plan in peace, instead of hanging on hoping we could stay and then rushing back from the beach to clear out. Really unprofessional. If on the other hand, you have an early flight (both getting in and getting out), the flat will be worth it, and these antics by the management company will not bother you, in which case we would certainly recommend the flat.

  La ubicación es muy buena, y el apartamento es amplio. Lo recomiendo.

  Location was amazing. Just off from both a bus stop and a taxi rank. Apartment itself was very clean and very contemporary. Right next to a supermarket so no hauling water around the place.

  Terrace was connected to the other apartments as well which made it feel not as private.

  Clean, plenty of hot water for shower, good location, washing machine and a good hair dryer big tv but no English speaking channels Well lit entrance area

  No air con, no sun loungers
