Great location and clean apartment, but with hidden inconveniences

The apartment was spacious, very clean and well-maintained, with an excellent location for walking around the city center

They don’t inform you from the beginning that there is no elevator, and it’s a 4th floor with very narrow stairs. The extras did not arrive on time despite the additional cost. I paid €24 for a hair straightener that was eventually canceled, and I still haven’t received my refund

Central and comfortable stay in Florence

Central location, extremely spacious for 4 people

4 flights of stairs with no lift but this was highlighted prior to booking

    Great location and apartment

Really spacious and well appointed - we were there in the full heatwave so very grateful for aircon throughout.

The stairwell is not welcoming (other flats are being repossessed, mould on the walls etc) and made us think we were in the wrong place.
