    Horrible experience

    Nothing

    Horrible experience - mice in the apartment Unfortunately, our stay at this apartment in Zandvoort was an extremely disappointing and unpleasant experience. The worst issue was the presence of mice inside the apartment. Despite not storing any food in the kitchen, we encountered mice during our stay. This was completely unacceptable and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. In fact, the situation was so unpleasant that we decided to leave before our scheduled check-out date, even though we had already paid for the full stay. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop there: * Uncomfortable bedding: Both the mattress and blanket were made of synthetic materials, making sleeping uncomfortable. * Bathroom flooding: Every time we showered, water flooded the bathroom floor. * Wi-Fi not working: The Wi-Fi did not work, which was yet another inconvenience during our stay. * Complicated lighting: Even something as basic as switching on the lights required studying the apartment’s practical guide. Nothing was intuitive or user-friendly. * Disturbing neon lights: The apartment is located directly across from a gaming arcade, and the bright neon lights shine into the living room. Since there are no curtains in the living room, there is no way to block out the lights or have any privacy in the evening. Overall, the apartment lacked basic comfort, practicality, and, most importantly, hygiene. Having mice inside a holiday apartment is simply unacceptable, especially when guests are paying for a clean and comfortable place to stay. We were so disappointed that we preferred to cut our holiday short rather than spend another night there. A truly horrible experience. I would strongly advise against booking this apartment.

    Airco en het balkonnetje.

    Het bed is echt aan vervanging toe, superslecht matras. Gebroken nachten en wakker worden met rugpijn.
